King is a blockchain consultant and host of the podcast, “The Gentlemen of Crypto.” He claims that cryptocurrencies level the playing field for marginalized groups who have been shut out by unfair systemic financial practices.

“By investing in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, those who have experienced systemic racism, like Black people in America, we can level the playing field [between] the have and have-nots,” says King. “Bitcoin has enabled me to become more autonomous and has empowered my life.”

Continuing, he says, “I don’t need permission for a home loan – I don’t need permission for anything at this point.”

When Dr. Phil asks, “Is it a good thing that people don’t have to answer to anybody?” how does King respond?
