Tyler says she was deeply traumatized after police became aggressive with her following an accident in rural Arkansas in which she lost control of her car and hit a tree. She says, at first, she believed they were there to help her, but instead, she was handcuffed, tased, and thrown in jail. The incident was captured on police bodycam.

Although the charges against her were dropped, Tyler says she is now severely depressed, has PTSD, and rarely leaves the house.
