Erin is a 19-year-old student-athlete who attends a Division 1 college on a track scholarship. But, despite getting good grades, he says he wants to quit the track team and drop out to pursue his dream of becoming the next big social media influencer.

“I believe in my talent. I believe I can be a big star,” says Erin. “My parents really hate that idea. They just don’t see the vision.”

Erin says he plans to drop out because his career as a budding social media star “needs to be a full-time commitment.” Why does he say he expects his parents to financially support him while he follows his dream? Tune in to Friday’s Dr. Phil, “Good Children, Bad Choices!” to find out!
